Bethany Eichler is Immigration Counsel at Ozment Law. She is a 2012 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, which she attended as a Dean's Scholar. Ms. Eichler focuses her practice on defending immigrants in immigration court proceedings and representing applicants for immigrant and non-immigrant visas. While at Vanderbilt, Ms. Eichler received the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award in Juvenile Justice, co-founded the International Arbitration Association, participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic, and Law Students for Social Justice. Ms. Eichler completed externships at Human Rights Watch in New York, the American Bar Association Center for Human Rights in Washington D.C., and Southern Migrant Legal Services in Nashville. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Eichler lived and taught school at an orphanage in a rural town in Honduras for one year.
